How we use Yardi

For senior living and multifamily operators, Yardi is the system of record. We connect the marketing site to Yardi through its SOAP API so a web form submission becomes a CRM lead instantly, carrying its campaign and source data with it instead of arriving as an anonymous name and email. For Silverado we rebuilt this integration to replace a previous vendor implementation, improving reliability and tightening the attribution trail from ad click to move-in. The web team owns the capture and the data quality; Yardi stays the source of truth the operations team already works in.

Why Yardi

Yardi is the dominant platform in senior living and property management, and the clients who run it are not going to switch CRMs to suit a website. The right move is to integrate into it cleanly rather than around it.
