ComCreate operates an SMS messaging program for customers and prospective customers who opt in by providing their mobile phone number and checking one or both SMS consent boxes on our contact form — one for non-marketing messages (appointment reminders and account updates) and one for marketing messages (offers and service updates). Messages are sent from +1 (619) 626-2909. By opting in, you agree to the terms in this section.

Message frequency varies, up to approximately 4 messages per month.

Msg & data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to each message sent or received, depending on your mobile plan. ComCreate is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to +1 (619) 626-2909 (or to the number from which you received our message). After you reply STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and you will not receive any additional SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (including all major U.S. carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. ComCreate makes no guarantees regarding the timing or successful delivery of messages.

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS messages from ComCreate. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

Privacy
