Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 10, 2026

1. Introduction

ComCreate ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website comcreate.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or use our services.

By using our website, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Name and email address when you submit a contact form
  • Business information related to project inquiries
  • Any other information you choose to share with us

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • IP address and browser type
  • Pages visited and time spent on pages
  • Scroll depth and engagement time on each page
  • Referring website or source
  • Device and operating system information
  • Navigation and click interactions (such as button clicks and link clicks)
  • Form interaction data, including which fields were engaged with
  • Advertising click identifiers appended to URLs by ad platforms (such as Google's gclid/wbraid/gbraid, Microsoft's msclkid, Meta's fbclid, and TikTok's ttclid), which we store in your browser and associate with your inquiry if you submit our contact form, so we can measure which advertising campaign led to your inquiry
  • Campaign parameters (UTM tags) and the page on which you first landed

Cookies, Consent, and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to collect and store information when you visit our website. How we apply them depends on your region:

  • European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland: analytics and advertising cookies are disabled by default. You will be shown a consent banner, and these technologies activate only if you accept. Until you choose, Google services operate in a cookieless, consent-aware mode that does not store identifiers on your device.
  • United States and other regions: analytics and advertising technologies are active by default on an opt-out basis. You can opt out at any time using the Cookie Manager on our site (the floppy-disk icon), and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal as described below.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. When your browser sends GPC, we disable advertising storage and do not transmit your information to advertising platforms, on both the browser and our servers. An explicit choice you make in our Cookie Manager takes precedence over the signal.

Your consent preference is stored locally on your device and in a first-party cookie so our servers can honor it.

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or home address. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email or home addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.

3. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking Services

We use the following third-party services to analyze website usage, measure advertising, and improve our services. Each operates subject to your region's consent rules and your choices described in Section 2:

Google Analytics & Google Ads (via Google Tag Manager)

We use Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Google Ads remarketing. These tools collect information about how visitors use our website (pages visited, time on site, scroll depth, navigation patterns) and measure whether visits and inquiries resulted from our advertising. We also transmit conversion events (such as a contact form submission) to Google Analytics from our servers. Where consent or your region's rules do not permit ad storage, Google tags operate in a cookieless, consent-aware mode. This data is processed by Google in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to capture how you interact with our site through heatmaps and session replays (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling). Clarity activates only when analytics use is permitted for your region or by your consent. Data is processed in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Meta, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok Advertising Tools

When advertising/marketing use is permitted for your region or by your consent, we may use advertising pixels and server-side conversion APIs from Meta, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok to measure ad performance. Where we send conversion information server-side (for example, Meta's Conversions API), identifying fields such as email addresses are hashed before transmission.

RB2B / Retention.com

We use RB2B (powered by Retention.com) for visitor identification. This service may associate your website activity with your email address or other contact information. RB2B is only activated when marketing use is permitted for your region or by your consent. You may opt out at https://app.retention.com/optout.

Ahrefs Analytics

We use Ahrefs to monitor website performance, crawl health, and search engine visibility. Ahrefs may collect anonymized usage data when you visit our site.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested services
  • Improve our website and user experience
  • Send marketing communications (with your consent)
  • Analyze website traffic and usage patterns
  • Measure engagement such as scroll depth and time on page
  • Measure which advertising campaigns lead to inquiries and engagements, including by associating advertising click identifiers with your inquiry and reporting conversion outcomes back to the advertising platform
  • Identify and re-engage website visitors through marketing channels
  • Comply with legal obligations

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of the advertising measurement described in this policy may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain US state privacy laws; you can opt out via the Cookie Manager or the Global Privacy Control signal (Section 2). We may share information with:

  • Google (analytics, advertising measurement, and remarketing via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads, including conversion events sent from our servers)
  • Microsoft (Clarity session analytics; Microsoft Advertising measurement where applicable)
  • Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok (advertising measurement, with identifying fields hashed for server-side transmission)
  • RB2B / Retention.com (visitor identification and marketing)
  • Ahrefs (website performance and SEO analytics)
  • HighLevel (LeadConnector): our CRM, which stores your inquiry together with its marketing attribution (campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers) so we can respond to you and measure our advertising
  • Service providers who assist with email delivery (Resend), hosting (Vercel), and related operations
  • Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights
