An off-road catalog organized around vehicle fitment.
All Terrain Performance is an Escondido, California off-road parts retailer and distributor selling wheels, tires, and accessories through a national drop-ship supplier network. Selling parts online has a problem generic store templates cannot solve: whether a part fits depends on the exact vehicle, down to the trim.
Fitment first, price second.
A wheel that fits one truck does not fit the next, and distributor pricing moves too much for a static price tag. ATP needed customers to start from their vehicle rather than a product grid, and needed quotes handled as conversations the shop controls instead of fixed checkout prices on every SKU.
Search by year, make, model, trim.
We built a custom storefront on Next.js with Supabase behind it. The centerpiece is a vehicle fitment engine: customers select year, make, model, and trim, and the catalog filters to parts that fit. A request-a-quote flow replaces fixed pricing where it should, routing submissions to an admin dashboard where the team prices and responds to every quote, with Stripe handling checkout.
27 brand catalogs, reverse-engineered in.
The hardest blocker was data. Supplier catalogs lived inside a legacy Drupal pipeline with no clean export, so we reverse-engineered it and extracted 27 of the 28 approved brand catalogs into the new platform. The storefront launched with a deep, fitment-aware catalog instead of a handful of hand-entered products.
Pick the truck. The catalog does the rest.
