Meta Ads runs on tracking we trust.

Facebook and Instagram campaigns built as a funnel, from awareness to conversion to retargeting, with the Pixel and the Conversions API both firing so attribution survives cookie loss. We verify tracking before a dollar scales.

How we use Meta Ads

We engineer Meta campaigns as a funnel: awareness and DM ads at the top, conversion ads in the middle, and a retargeting layer that re-engages everyone who did not convert. Before any of it scales, we stand up the Meta Pixel and the server-side Conversions API together so events keep flowing when browsers and cookies drop them. We build custom and lookalike audiences off real engagement and CRM data, wire lead flow straight into GoHighLevel, and tie performance back to closed revenue. We run this across home services, e-commerce, medical, dental, landscaping, and real estate clients.

Scaling spend on broken tracking is just buying noise. We verify the signal first, then we scale.
Why Meta Ads

Meta still has the cheapest reach and the strongest audience modeling for lead-gen and awareness, but only if the tracking is honest. Browser-side pixels alone lose a large share of events to iOS privacy and ad blockers, which is why we always pair the Pixel with the server-side Conversions API. We treat verification as a gate, not a nicety: we froze a 5,800 dollar campaign for a builder client until tracking read 100 percent clean. Once the signal is trustworthy, Meta optimizes against real conversions and the audience engine does the rest.

Meta Ads management with server-side Conversions API tracking

Meta Ads live or die on signal quality, and browser-side tracking alone no longer provides it. iOS privacy changes, ad blockers, and cookie loss quietly delete a large share of the conversions the Pixel tries to report, and a campaign optimizing on half its data makes expensive mistakes. We deploy the Meta Pixel and the server-side Conversions API together, with event deduplication so a single conversion is never counted twice. The server sends events straight from our infrastructure to Meta, so they arrive even when the browser drops them, which restores the match rate the optimization engine depends on. Only once that signal reads clean do we let spend scale. We treat verification as a gate, not a formality, and we have frozen live budgets until tracking reported one hundred percent correctly. Honest data is the whole game with Meta, because the audience engine is only as good as the events you feed it.

Building a Facebook and Instagram funnel that scales

A single Meta campaign asking cold audiences to convert rarely scales. We engineer the account as a funnel instead. At the top, awareness and direct-message ads introduce the brand and capture cheap engagement. In the middle, conversion ads carry warmed audiences toward a lead form or booking. At the bottom, a retargeting layer re-engages everyone who clicked, watched, or filled out part of a form but did not finish. The audiences powering it are built from real behavior: custom audiences off site and engagement data, lookalikes modeled on the CRM's best customers rather than generic interests. Leads flow straight into GoHighLevel the moment they submit, and qualified-lead events fire back to Meta so the platform optimizes toward the people who actually book, not the ones who merely fill out a form. Structured this way, spend can scale without cost per acquisition running away, because each stage feeds the next.

How we do it

How we run Meta Ads

  1. Deploy Pixel and CAPI

We stand up the Meta Pixel and server-side Conversions API together with event deduplication, so conversions keep reporting through cookie loss and iOS privacy and the optimization engine sees a complete signal.

  2. Build audiences

We create custom audiences from site and engagement data and lookalikes modeled on the client's best CRM customers, so targeting is grounded in real behavior rather than broad interest guesses.

  3. Structure the funnel

We build awareness and DM ads at the top, conversion ads in the middle, and a retargeting layer at the bottom, so cold traffic is warmed in stages instead of asked to convert on first contact.

  4. Verify and scale

We confirm tracking reads clean before increasing budget, then scale the winning audiences and creative while watching cost per booked lead, not surface metrics like reach or clicks.

Where we use it

Pixel + Conversions API Setup

Browser-side Pixel and server-side CAPI deployed together so conversions keep tracking through cookie loss, iOS privacy, and ad blockers, with deduplication so events are not double-counted.

Funnel & Audience Engineering

Awareness and DM ads into conversion ads into a retargeting layer, powered by custom and lookalike audiences built from engagement and CRM data.

CRM-Integrated Lead Flow

Leads pushed straight into GoHighLevel and qualified-lead events sent back to Meta, so campaigns optimize against closed revenue instead of raw form fills.
