V3 BioMedical builds wound care technology for healthcare providers. They needed infrastructure connecting marketing to pipeline, but CRM data was fragmented, deals were created manually, and there was no measurement layer to track what was working.
HubSpot Architecture + SEO + GEO
We built HubSpot CRM architecture with Nooks and Acuity integration, automated deal creation, and a custom CSM Activity Dashboard. Market-specific landing pages for California and Texas with HubSpot form integration and copy testing. SEO and GEO for ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Full GTM and GA4 implementation with monthly reporting and pipeline dashboards.
