HubSpot architecture, plus search built for the AI era

We built HubSpot CRM architecture with Nooks and Acuity integration, automated deal creation, and a custom CSM Activity Dashboard. Market-specific landing pages for California and Texas paired HubSpot forms with copy testing, while SEO and GEO targeted ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

The System

Marketing and pipeline, finally on one circuit

Full GTM and GA4 implementation closed the loop with monthly reporting and pipeline dashboards. CRM, landing pages, SEO, GEO, and analytics now move as a single attributable system instead of four separate ones.
