The starting point.
A custom booking platform and CRM for a same-day dumpster rental company: Stripe checkout, live distance-based pricing via the Google Maps API, and automated tonnage billing, replacing a Squarespace site.

A Business Priced by Miles and Tons
Every rental quote depends on drive distance and load weight, and the old Squarespace site could automate neither. Add a domain at DR 0 with no organic traffic and an all-spam backlink profile, and both the operations and the marketing needed to be built from scratch.

We built a custom booking platform and CRM that prices jobs automatically: Stripe checkout, live mileage surcharges through the Google Maps Distance API, and decimal-accurate tonnage billing. With operations automated, the growth layer followed: GTM and GA4 tracking, Google Business Profile optimization, Google Ads, and a 12-month hyper-local content pipeline.

San Diego Dumping Solutions runs same-day dumpster rental out of Valley Center, serving North County San Diego. The business was operating on a limited Squarespace site: no online booking, no automated pricing, and a domain starting from zero, with no organic traffic and a backlink profile made entirely of spam.
05 / The Challenge
Pricing that depends on miles and tons.
Dumpster rental pricing is not a flat rate. Every job depends on how far the truck drives and how much the load weighs: a mileage surcharge for deliveries beyond 20 miles from the yard, and overage charges of $125 per ton beyond the two tons included. Quoting that by hand on every call was the bottleneck in the business.
06 / The Build
A booking engine that does the math.
We replaced Squarespace with a fully custom booking platform and CRM on Next.js and Vercel. Customers book online with Stripe checkout, the Google Maps Distance API calculates mileage surcharges live at $1.50 per mile beyond the included radius, and weight entry supports decimals so tonnage overages bill accurately to the fraction of a ton.
07 / The Growth Work
From DR 0 to a real search presence.
The domain started as a true greenfield: Domain Rating 0, zero organic traffic, spam backlinks. We installed GTM and GA4 conversion tracking, optimized the Google Business Profile, manage the Google Ads account, and run a 12-month editorial pipeline targeting hyper-local, buyer-intent keywords across North County San Diego.
