Concierge Platform + Property Management + Booking & Payments
A LUXURY CONCIERGE, RUN FROM ONE PLATFORM.
How we built Cadiz & Lluis a bespoke concierge platform, plus the property sites around it, from listing a home to booking a guest.

01 / Context
Cadiz & Lluis
Cadiz & Lluis is a luxury concierge built on discretion, precision, and trust, serving high-net-worth clients across property, travel, and lifestyle. They needed more than a website: a custom platform to bring properties online fast, manage every client and lead in one place, and stand behind individual high-end property sites, all under one refined, minimal brand.
02 / Challenge
A Concierge That Needed an Operating System
Cadiz & Lluis was managing luxury properties and high-touch clients without a single system to run it all. Properties had to be added quickly and presented beautifully, every lead and quote needed to live in one place, and individual flagship properties needed their own polished sites, all without breaking the discreet, minimal brand.
03 / Approach
One platform with separate public experiences
We built a bespoke concierge platform on Next.js and Supabase: a fast property-import flow, a per-client portfolio with custom pricing and visibility, and a dashboard for leads, invoices, quotes, and itineraries. Around it we built individual property sites, a cinematic for-sale showcase and a fully bookable rental, each in the same refined brand and reporting into the same operation.
04 / Background
One brand, one operation, many moving parts.
Cadiz & Lluis is a luxury concierge defined by discretion, precision, and trust. Their work spans property, travel, and lifestyle for high-net-worth clients, and it all needed to run from one place, under one refined, minimal brand.
05 / The Concierge Platform
The website and operating system share one platform.
The public site carries the brand. The private dashboard runs properties, clients, leads, and billing in one system while keeping the client-facing experience discreet.
06 / Bringing Properties In
Paste a listing. The rest fills itself in.
Adding a property is almost instant. The team pastes a listing URL and the platform pulls in the address, beds, baths, and photos, or they enter it by hand. An AI assist drafts a polished description, and the property is assigned to the right manager and clients. What used to be a manual build becomes a few minutes of work.
07 / The Portfolio
Every client sees the right properties, the right way.
Properties can be shown as nightly rentals, monthly rentals, or for sale, and every detail is tunable per client: which fields show, custom labels, and which prices are visible. Managers reorder each client portfolio by hand and assign properties in bulk, so every client sees a curated, made-for-them view.
08 / The Dashboard
Leads, invoices, quotes, and itineraries in one view.
The heart of the platform is a dashboard that runs the day to day: a leads pipeline that sorts renters and buyers across cities from hot to cold, invoices and quotes with polished PDFs, and travel itineraries for concierge clients. Nothing lives in a spreadsheet or a separate tool.
09 / 14840 Sutton St
A cinematic showcase for a flagship listing.
For a Sherman Oaks listing, we built a standalone, film-first site under the Cadiz & Lluis Group brand: a full-screen hero video and a 60-photo gallery that let the home sell itself. It is pure showcase, designed to make a single property unforgettable.
10 / 9 Pine Tree Road
A Hamptons rental with online booking.
For a Southampton estate, we built a rental site that takes real bookings: guests choose dates on a live availability calendar, pay a deposit through Stripe, and the reservation flows into Guesty for the team to approve. A polished gallery and concierge add-ons round out the stay.
11 / One Operation
From first listing to final booking.
Whether a property is being marketed, sold, or booked, it lives in the same operation: built on Next.js, Supabase, Stripe, and Guesty, presented in one refined brand. Cadiz & Lluis runs the whole journey, from the moment a property comes online to the moment a guest checks in, from a single platform.
From listing a property to booking a guest, run from one place.
